ARMM Health Secretary Sinolinding said nurses employed under the NDP will be hired as Nurse I and will be counted as government service providers through a contract entitling them to receive Salary Grade 11, which is more than P18,000.00 monthly.

“Nurses under the NDP will have a two year employment contract renewable every six months depending on their performance evaluation,” Sinolinding added.

The nurses will be assigned in areas which need more health service providers like district hospitals, barangay health stations, rural health units and birthing homes around the province.

Sinolinding also said that there are almost 800 slots for the whole autonomous region for the NDP.
